Breeding Control
Any puppy sold by "Black Knight Danes" (Robert)
will remain under the control of this kennel and will not be bred or
used for stud without the written approval of Robert. Most sales
will include a spay/neuter agreement as terms and conditions of
sale.
Exempted from the spay/neuter agreement are those puppy's that
are sold to show homes. Prior to any breeding or stud service, the
bitch or dog will be re-evaluated before approval is given. In the
case of a bitch being bred, Robert will select the stud to be used
if approval is given . In the case of providing a stud service, the
bitch will also have to be approved by Robert. Terms and conditions
will be spelled out in the sales agreement on an individual basis. |
