"Black Knight Danes " was
established in 1993 with a focus on producing quality,
healthy, non-aggressive Danes. I breed for the purpose of
producing
hopeful Show Quality but do place them in pet homes as well.
Prices include
ear-cropping, a series of puppy shots , wormings and a
Vet-Health Checkup.
My health guarantee is for 30 days in which you are to have
the puppy checked by YOUR vet for a health evaluation. If any
health problems are noted during that time frame you will
receive 100% refund of the purchase price and the puppy will
be returned to this kennel.
My puppies are not sold on a "TRIAL
" basis. If it does not work out the puppy is to be
returned to this kennel. Not getting along with other pets,
going potty on the carpet, getting bigger than we thought, we
have to move into an apartment or " I'm going thru a
divorce " , I don't have time for the puppy are not
grounds for a refund and none will be given. If any of these
things occur and you wish to give up the puppy it is to be
returned to my kennel and no refunds will be given, your loss
and a lesson learned. The above statements are actual excuses
I've heard over the years so please think ahead before
deciding on a Dane.
Each puppy is sold with a written agreement
based on the intent of the new owner. Those going to Show
homes will be given full AKC Registration with any breeding
agreements in a written contract. Those being sold to pet
homes will receive AKC Limited Registration and also a written
Spay/Neuter agreement.
No puppy may be resold, given, traded or otherwise bartered to
any other individual , family or kennel, if no longer wanted
it is to be returned to this kennel, no refunds will be given.
No puppy may be placed in a Humane Society,
SPCA, Great Dane Rescue or any other like facility, if no
longer wanted it is to be returned to this kennel and no
refunds will be given.
An in depth interview is required before sale
is finalized. As the breeder I take full responsibility of
what is produced and their future and welfare is of the utmost
importance, thus the above terms will be enforced.
